It is obvious that she simply does not keep up with the changes that are taking place, and as a result – the queue, confusion with mailings, low qualification of personnel, turtle speed of delivery, millions of complaints and claims in connection with the loss of parcels. “Mail of the Future” is a federal project designed to solve the problems that have accumulated over many years. And it is already becoming a reality. The post office of the Akademichesky microdistrict in Yekaterinburg is the first swallow, or rather the first branch out of 13, where the innovative postal technologies of the future will be run-in.
Clients will now be able to independently implement the entire package of parcels and parcels – packaging, weighing and payment. And they can now be received 24 hours a day during the whole week, for which the department has a special 24/7 zone, where post offices, payment terminals and ATMs will be installed.
As in state institutions and banks, in the post offices an electronic queue is being introduced. Thanks to the design of services in certain windows, it will be possible to significantly speed up customer service, especially during peak days associated with the issue of pensions and payment of utility services.
